identify the knowledge and skills that already exists within an organization, provide an analysis of roles within a response organization, identify any gaps present in knowledge and experience, establish the best learning methods for your organization.

We recognize that most organizations will already have a significant amount of knowledge and experience in-house. This useful resource has been built up through staff members' previous experience through training, exercises or their involvement in incidents. All too often this is not properly documented and remains unidentified or overlooked resulting in unnecessary and costly duplication of training.

This provides us with the information required to develop a unique training and exercise programme for you.

We will work with you or your consultant to develop a detailed training and exercise plan for inclusion in your Oil Spill Contingency Plan. This service can generally be offered free of charge, though for more detailed analysis of larger organizational needs, a charge may be made.
