DVD of a Black Sea exercise released

A video has been commissioned by Chevron and OSPRI providing a summary of Exercise SULH, the first major exercise held within the framework of the Black Sea Commission’s regional oil spill exercise programme.

Peter Taylor and John Ostergaard were closely involved in many aspects of industry’s support to this exercise. The video includes inputs from Peter, who was also one of the editors.

The DVD will be distributed within the region to raise awareness of oil spill preparedness efforts. It has also been submitted to the International Oil Spill Conference (IOSC) Film Festival. A low resolution version may be viewed by clicking the YouTube logo below.
