The Oil Spill Training Company Ltd is a partnership between Kevin O’Connell, Peter Taylor, Virginia Nelson, John Ostergaard and Richard Tatner. We have extensive experience in responding to oil spills globally. We have been involved in hundreds of training courses, reviews, studies, exercises and other related projects in over fifty countries worldwide; ensuring that personnel at all levels, from equipment operators to supervisors through to senior management and government officials are prepared for oil spill incidents.

The company is based in a recently refurbished office in an historic building in the centre of Inverness, the capital of the Highlands of Scotland. This creates an excellent environment for our staff.
